Every fuel / charging stop for the period: date, vehicle, litres or kWh, and the odometer reading at refuel. One row per refuel, sorted by date.
π Delete a trip
Permanently remove a trip and its fuel stops β for test or clearly-wrong entries that distort reports. The trip ID is shown in the trip-completion message and in report appendices. This cannot be undone.
π° Edit fuel costs
Set the cost (UAH) for every fuel / charging stop the driver logged. Filter by city or vehicle, type the costs inline, then press Save all changes at the bottom. Stops with no cost show as βpendingβ and arenβt billed until you set them.

Download everything your organisation has entered β drivers, vehicles, trips, fuel stops, service log and contacts β as one Excel file. Your data is always yours.

Cities group your vehicles and reports. Add at least one before adding vehicles or drivers.

Add co-administrators. Leave city as βAll citiesβ for a super admin, or pick a city to limit them. They activate by opening the bot and sharing their phone.

Set the total number of vehicles you want on your plan β you can increase or decrease it. Vehicle #1 is free; each additional vehicle is billed. We confirm the change and send an invoice.

Choose how your drivers and admins work.
Fuel cost entered by
Admin: driver logs only litres/odometer, you set costs later (default). Driver: the driver types the cost at each refuel.
Passenger confirmation
On: pick passengers from contacts, they confirm via Telegram push / signature. Off: the driver just types the passenger name each trip β no contacts, no push.

Turn this on if a vehicle can be used for more than one project. When enabled, assign projects to vehicles (in the vehicle editor) β drivers then pick the project at trip start, and it shows on reports.

How do drivers log trips?
Send the driver your driver invite link (from the bot). They open it, share their phone to verify, then use the offline app (
/pwa) or Telegram to pick a vehicle, enter the odometer and route, add fuel stops, and finish. It works offline and syncs when back online.How do I add vehicles and drivers?
Use the Vehicles and Drivers tabs β β+ Addβ. A driver must be added by phone here before they can log trips.
What reports are available?
Per-vehicle (PDF + Excel): every trip with odometer, fuel, cost, passenger and project. Fleet Running Costs: one row per vehicle. Refuelling Log: every refuel. Driver Days: days driven per driver. Set the report language in Settings β Reports.
How does pricing work?
Vehicle #1 is free. Each additional vehicle is β¬7/month β type
/upgrade in the bot and we activate it after the invoice. If a subscription lapses the app becomes read-only; your data is never deleted.Branding, projects, fuel costs, passengers?
All in Settings: upload your logo + name + colour, switch report language, and toggle Projects, who enters fuel cost (driver/admin), and passenger confirmation.
Cargo dispatch / freight?
If your fleet moves cargo, the Freight module adds dispatch: assign delivery tasks, photograph consignment notes (Π’Π’Π), track GPS-stamped statuses, capture a proof-of-delivery signature, share a public tracking link, and pull delivery reports. Once enabled for your organisation, turn it on in Settings.
