Assign the task
Origin, destination, cargo, weight, ТТН number, consignee and their phone. Pick a driver and a vehicle — the task lands on their phone.
The driver advances the status
Accepted, at loading, loaded, in transit, at unloading, delivered. Every change is stamped with GPS coordinates and a time.
Documents are photographed
Multi-page consignment notes go in straight from the camera, and are visible to dispatcher, driver and consignee at the same time. The ТТН itself can be printed as a PDF of form 1-ТН, filled in from the task; whatever the task does not hold stays blank for a pen.
The consignee confirms receipt
They sign on the driver’s phone, or remotely through the tracking link. Name, time and signature are stored with the task.
A link the consignee opens themselves
Every task has a public tracking page: route, cargo, ТТН number, driver and vehicle, the status timeline with times and, where the phone allowed it, positions, and the scanned documents. Send the link once — they check it themselves and confirm receipt on the same page.
And all of it lands in reports
Delivery reports by project and period, plus a searchable document archive — so a claim, an audit or a month-end reconciliation takes minutes instead of a walk through a folder of paper.
What Depot 17 does not do
No route optimization and no planning algorithms — you decide who drives where. Depot 17 documents the delivery: who took it, where it went, when each step happened, what the papers say, and who signed for it.
