Frequently asked questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The driver app logs trips fully offline and syncs automatically the moment a connection returns — drivers never lose data in low-signal areas.
What devices do drivers need?
Any modern smartphone. The driver app installs straight from the browser — no app store and no large download.
How are drivers added?
An administrator registers each driver by phone number and sets their password in the admin panel. The driver simply logs in and starts.
How is our data kept private?
Every organization's data is fully isolated. Access is limited by role and city, and every change is recorded in an audit log.
Can we get reports in Ukrainian?
Yes. Every report and the entire interface are available in English and Ukrainian — switch language anytime.
How does billing work?
€7 per vehicle per month after the free trial. Pay monthly, quarterly or annually, and you're only billed for active vehicles. The freight & dispatch module is a separate add-on (see below).
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts — archive vehicles or cancel whenever you need to.
Can we use it for cargo deliveries and dispatch?
Yes. The optional freight module lets a dispatcher assign delivery tasks to drivers, who accept and advance each status from their phone (online or offline). Drivers photograph consignment notes (ТТН), every status change is GPS-stamped, the consignee signs for proof of delivery on the phone or via a public tracking link, and you get delivery reports by project and period.
Is Depot 17 only for NGOs?
No. It grew out of a humanitarian fleet operation, but it works for any fleet — NGOs, and commercial carriers and freight forwarders that need trip logging or cargo dispatch.
How much does the freight & dispatch module cost?
It's a separate add-on, priced per active driver rather than per vehicle. Tell us your fleet size and we'll send a quote — contact depot17.app@gmail.com.
