Depot 17 is fleet-management software for organizations. This notice explains what data we process and how.
Organization details (name, contact person, email, phone); user credentials (name, phone number, a password hash); and operational data your users enter (trips, mileage, refuelling, vehicles, passenger signatures).
Solely to provide the service: authentication, keeping the trip and cost log, generating reports for your organization and its donors, and billing.
Each organization's data is stored in an isolated database. Access is limited by role and city; every change is recorded in an audit log.
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by our hosting provider and, at your choice, emailed to the report addresses you configure.
Data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your organization's data by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at the address below.

By using Depot 17 you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
Depot 17 provides a web driver app and an admin panel for logging trips and fuel and generating reports.
You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and for activity under your account. Administrators manage driver access.
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that is not yours.
Your first vehicle is free for 30 days. After that it is €7 per vehicle per month; you are billed only for active vehicles. See the Pricing page for details.
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the service.
