Contracts and expiry reminders
One register for vehicle, premises and other contracts, with renewal terms and notice periods. Two reminders by e-mail, 60 and 10 days before the date you have to act. The insurance contract keeps each vehicle’s insurance date up to date.
An asset register
Equipment, furniture and tools with an inventory number of your own or an automatic one, warranty details with the warranty card attached, and an Excel template for bulk import. Written-off items stay in the register.
Handover acts
Issue equipment to a person with a numbered act you can print and sign, or sign on screen. Returns and moves between places are acts too, and every item keeps its history.
Stock by quantity
Cables, mice, chargers: counted by quantity per location, consumable or returnable, with a minimum level that turns red in the list. Thirty cables are one item.
