The driver records each refuel on the phone, even with no signal. You see litres, kilometres and money per vehicle, and the vehicles whose consumption changed sharply are pointed out for you.

Refuels are written on paper or in chats, and at the end of the month the accountant matches them to the mileage by hand.
A fuel card, but no check
Nobody compares the card transactions with what the driver actually put in the tank and how far the vehicle went.
Overspend is noticed late
That a vehicle started burning a quarter more shows up only after the invoices are paid.
How it works
Every refuel is tied to a vehicle, a driver, a date and an odometer reading.
Refuel from the phone
The driver enters litres or kWh and the odometer during the trip. The app works offline and sends the data as soon as there is a connection.
Cost and fuel cards
The amount is entered by the driver or by an administrator later, as you choose. A WOG fuel card transaction file is matched to the drivers’ refuels by plate, date and litres.
Consumption control
Each vehicle’s consumption over 30 days is compared with its usual consumption over the three months before, and a change of 25% or more is flagged. Impossible values, such as a missing odometer reading, show up at once.
Reports for accounting
A refuelling log, running costs per vehicle and every trip with its mileage, in PDF and Excel, for a month or a year. Each vehicle’s report arrives by e-mail on the 1st.
Electric and hybrid vehicles
Charging is recorded in kWh next to fuel, in the same reports. An overnight charge at the office is logged without a trip.
The odometer is checked
A reading lower than the last one, or a sudden jump, has to be confirmed by the driver, so the mileage consumption is counted from is not made up.
Everything exports to Excel
Trips, refuels, costs and the audit log download in one Excel file whenever you want. Your data stays yours.
